The short answer

In Dubai, website quotes range from a few thousand dirhams for a single landing page to more than AED 60,000 for a custom brand website with integrations. The type of website matters far more than the number of pages. As a reference, these are YAMAR Studio’s own published starting ranges, excluding 5% VAT:

  • Landing page: AED 3,500–5,500
  • Essential business website, up to five pages: AED 7,500–12,000
  • Premium website, up to ten pages: AED 15,000–25,000
  • Luxury brand website with content management and integrations: AED 30,000–60,000

Other studios price differently, so use these figures to understand the scale of each tier rather than as a market average.

What changes the cost of a website

Languages

An English and Arabic website is not double the work, but it is more than a translation. Arabic needs a right-to-left layout, suitable fonts, separate page addresses and its own search metadata. Budget for Arabic copywriting or professional translation, and for review time.

Content and photography

Who writes the text and supplies the photographs is one of the biggest hidden costs. If your team provides approved text and images, the project moves faster. If the studio writes, translates or arranges photography, expect those items to be quoted separately.

Features and integrations

Booking engines, online payments, CRM connections, WhatsApp routing, product catalogues and member areas each need setup, testing and an owner. A website connected to your daily operations costs more than a brochure website, and it usually saves more staff time afterwards.

Design approach

A template adapted with your logo costs less than custom art direction, motion and photography direction. Hospitality, real estate and luxury brands often need the custom route to look credible next to their competitors.

Approvals and timing

Every additional review round and decision-maker adds time. A single project owner with clear priorities keeps the price predictable.

Costs after launch

  • Domain name: renewed every year. Domains ending in .ae are registered through UAE-accredited registrars.
  • Hosting and business email: monthly or annual fees that depend on traffic and the number of mailboxes.
  • Maintenance: security updates, backups, monitoring and small content changes. YAMAR care plans start at AED 750 per month.
  • Paid tools: booking, payment, CRM and newsletter software usually carry their own subscriptions.
  • VAT: suppliers registered for VAT in the UAE add 5% to their invoices.

How to keep your website budget under control

  1. Start with the pages that bring enquiries: home, your main services, proof of your work and contact.
  2. Prepare approved text and real photographs before design starts.
  3. Launch one language well, or both languages properly, rather than an incomplete second language.
  4. Name every integration you need and the person who will manage it after launch.
  5. Ask for a phased plan, so later features do not delay the first release.

Questions to ask before you accept a website quote

  • Who will own the domain, the hosting account and the content?
  • Is Arabic included, and who writes or reviews it?
  • How many design and content revision rounds are included?
  • Which search setup is included: titles, descriptions, a sitemap, structured data and Google Search Console?
  • What happens after launch, and what does support cost each month?
  • Can I see live websites you built, not only design mockups?

Website cost questions

Is a cheap website worth it for a Dubai business?

It can be for a short campaign or a very early business. For a company that relies on enquiries from search, low-cost templates often lack proper Arabic support, structured content and the page structure needed to rank, so they are rebuilt sooner.

How long does a business website take to build?

A focused landing page can be ready within days once its content is approved. Most business websites take several weeks, and the timeline depends mainly on how quickly content and feedback are supplied.

Do I need an Arabic version of my website?

If your customers include Arabic speakers, yes. An Arabic version also lets your business appear in Arabic searches, which are often less competitive than English searches in the UAE.

Does the price include search engine optimisation?

Technical foundations such as titles, descriptions, sitemaps and structured data should be included in any professional build. Ongoing work such as new content, local listings and earning links from other websites is usually priced separately.
