Mobile app development in DubaiYour business.
In their pocket.

A useful app gives customers a reason to come back. YAMAR Studio shapes mobile experiences around the moments that matter: a guest request, a resident update, a repeat order or the next lesson.

The right platform

Start with the experience. Then choose the technology.

A mobile website, an installable web app and a store-distributed app solve different problems. We choose a route around your audience, device needs and operational capacity.

01

iOS & Android apps

For regular use, store distribution or device capabilities that justify an app. We scope navigation, account access, notifications and the core journey before choosing native or cross-platform development. Store requirements and account ownership are agreed before delivery.

02

Progressive web apps

A practical first step when customers need easy access through a link. Installation, notifications and offline behavior depend on the browser, device and features we explicitly build. A PWA does not automatically have every native app capability.

03

Prototype & product design

Test the important screens before committing to a full build. A clickable prototype helps teams review content, English and Arabic layouts, permissions and useful actions. It validates a direction; it is not a production backend.

An idea you can explore

Four industries. Everyday possibilities.

Choose an industry, select a service and create a sample request inside the phone. These fictional concepts demonstrate interaction ideas. They are not released client apps and cannot place bookings, orders or support tickets.

Concept sandbox · no live services

Temporary state stays in this page. No account, payment or personal data is required. Nothing is sent to a business.

A stay with less friction.

Let guests find the next useful action without hunting through menus. A hotel journey can connect service requests, local information and staff responses, while the property system remains the source of truth.

Make home easier to manage.

Give residents one place for maintenance, visitors and community services. Roles, approvals and escalation rules must match the property team; a phone screen cannot replace an operating process.

A reason to return.

Help shoppers revisit a collection or request an appointment. Availability, payments and consent need real integrations and business rules. Sample screens do not promise stock or confirm a purchase.

Keep the next step clear.

Bring lessons, session enquiries and learner support into one experience. Access rules, progress records and course content need an agreed learning workflow, with accessibility and bilingual content considered from the start.

From idea to a usable release

Make the first release count.

An app is an ongoing product. A clear first scope gives your team a manageable release to operate, learn from and improve.

01

Discover the useful journey

We map the audience, problem, success criteria and current systems. The brief identifies content owners and separates essential features from later possibilities.

02

Prototype & agree the scope

Review the important screens and bilingual layouts. We clarify dependencies, acceptance criteria, milestones and a written cost proposal around the agreed scope.

03

Build, connect & test

Test key journeys, errors, permissions and device behavior. Third-party access and test environments must be available before an integration can be confirmed.

04

Release & hand over

Prepare the agreed release and operating documentation. Store review remains with Apple or Google. Maintenance, hosting and future improvements are defined in the support scope.

Connected to your business. With clear boundaries.

Bookings, CRM, property tools, learning platforms and payments may connect when providers offer suitable APIs, permissions and terms. We check which system owns each record and how failures are handled before committing to an integration.

Device features, push notifications, offline use, identity, privacy and data hosting are scoped requirements, not automatic inclusions. Where a connection is unavailable, we discuss an alternative workflow.

Your next step

An app starts with a useful question.

What should become easier for your customers or your team? Build a short brief, review it and choose how to share it. You do not need a finished feature list.

Your draft stays in this page until you choose Copy or WhatsApp. WhatsApp prepares a message for you to review and send; this page never sends it automatically. Refreshing clears the draft.

Before we begin

Mobile app questions, answered.

How much does mobile app development in Dubai cost?

Cost depends on platform, journeys, design, languages, integrations and operations. YAMAR prepares a scoped proposal after discovery; there is no universal app price. Store accounts, third-party services and ongoing support are identified separately so the full commitment is clear.

Can we start with a prototype before building an app?

Yes. A focused prototype tests navigation, important actions and visual direction. We agree which journeys it covers and what feedback is needed. It does not include a live backend, store publication or real transactions unless separately scoped.

Can the app work in English and Arabic?

Yes, with Arabic right-to-left and English left-to-right layouts. We plan navigation, forms, content and language switching together. Translation responsibility, review and approval belong in the scope; adding a language involves more than replacing labels.

Can you connect the app to our existing systems?

We assess available APIs, access permissions, provider terms, data quality and business rules first. We confirm feasibility and responsibility before promising a connection, and discuss a simpler first release where an integration is unavailable.

Are the phone demos real apps or live booking services?

No. These four examples are fictional interface concepts. Sample requests exist only in this page and clear when reset or refreshed. They do not represent published client apps, accept payments or contact a business.

What happens with app-store review and support after launch?

Submission preparation, developer-account ownership and required content are agreed in the scope. Apple and Google control review decisions and timing, so approval is not guaranteed. Maintenance, compatibility updates, monitoring and future changes are defined in the agreed support arrangement.
