What this website collects

You can browse the marketing pages without an account. The project brief opens WhatsApp with your message ready to review and send; that page does not upload your brief to a YAMAR database. Private reporting and property operations require sign-in. The hosting service supplies authenticated account information to control access to those protected features.

Business Architecture page analytics

We store daily aggregate counts of Business Architecture page views, sections reached and planner, contact, WhatsApp or email link selections, grouped by English or Arabic. These analytics records contain no visitor identifiers, IP addresses, email addresses, form answers, full URLs or referrers. We use no analytics cookies or external analytics service. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences are respected, and signed-in owner activity is excluded. Only the configured site owner can view the report. Older counts are removed on new page views after 90 days; the report shows the last 30 days. Counts describe browser interactions, not unique people, received enquiries or sales. The hosting provider may separately process technical request information to operate the website.

Interactive demos

Some demonstrations save draft content and preferences in your browser using local storage. This information stays on your device and helps the demonstration remember its state. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data controls.

AI website concepts

When you create a website concept, your written brief is sent to the studio’s configured AI provider, DeepSeek or OpenAI. If AI image generation is enabled, image descriptions are sent to OpenAI. Avoid including confidential or sensitive personal information. Photos you select from your device stay in your browser and are not uploaded by this feature. We do not save your written brief or generated concept in our application database. To limit usage, we retain the request time and a daily pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address; older usage records are removed during subsequent generation requests. The providers process submitted content under their own policies. Downloaded concepts are saved on your device; choosing to plan a generated website transfers the brief to the planner within your browser session.

Email and external messaging

When you choose an email or other external messaging link, your message is handled by that service. Its own privacy terms apply. Only send information you are comfortable sharing for a business enquiry.

External services and links

The website loads typography from Google Fonts and links to independent client websites. Those services may receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser details and operate under their own privacy policies.

We may revise this notice when the website gains analytics, forms, accounts, or other data-processing features. The effective date above will show the latest published revision.
